Htc barco etc are going to have a hard time telling the judge, we don't infringe. It was they who spent years after bring suit against us. Trying to tell the judge, now they do not infringe and it was all in fun.

The only downside I see is if a certain chip infringes on only markman rulings we were weak on. I doubt it. I think we prevail.
