Is Patriot receiving money from TPL for this? Forgive my memory lapse if this has been discussed before. In reviewing the pacer referenced below, I saw the following and it took me by surprise.

TPL and Patriot have ownership interests in the Asserted Patents, hence their role in this case. TPL also develops microprocessors using the claimed technology, while Patriot markets and enables innovative proprietary technologies.

From the pacer dated Dec 23 -
