Did anyone catch the new question on the FAQs(PTSC's website)? I believe this question was not on the original list of FAQs that first presented on the website in Dec 2011. First of all, I can't imagine that a shareholder would have actually asked this question of the BoD but more importantly, why bother to post this question and answer at this time? Is anyone checking the USPTO any more to see if new re-exam requests have surfaced?

Q: Should the public contact the USPTO in support of the re-examination process? (can you guess their answer)

A: At present this is not an issue given there are no actions pending before the USPTO. However, if in the future additional actions are brought before the USPTO, our patent counsel has strongly advised against the public contacting them. Our counsel believes that neither outcome nor expediency will be enhanced and rather to the contrary, there may be some detrimental impact to the process.
