I was honestly expecting the ruling at 14 weeks, even 15 weeks. I felt we were in a slow venue. Either Leckrone is gaming the system with calculated risks or there is something in the chips Barco uses that we don't want the judge to see, possibly giving him an excuse to rule against us. If it is the latter it certainly isn't a major issue, but it could be enough to allow the judge to give us one patent and not another. After reading multiple articles on Markman hearings, the Judges normally like to find middle ground in these cases. But, we do have a prior Markman and validity. Time will eventually tell. I'm definitely comfortably numb at this point and would welcome a positive Markman.
