News on the way regarding markman....would that not push our stock up or down

News on the way regarding markman....would that not push our stock up or down

So if the markamn is done they sure are doing a great jib keeping it a secret. One may wonder if the news were to get out our stock would be moving in one direction or the other yet we sit at .08-.09. I'd feel better if we started climbing slowly up to .10-.12 with volume

Again, if the news comes after the market closes I would guess it would be bad news. I believe in what we own but I also beleieve in corruption and unfair play. We see it all he time by big businesses like the tobacco companies as well as the politicians/lobbiest....
