I was away from my phone most of today. I just returned and there was a voice message from the deputy. He said that he has had no response from Judge's chambers. He suspects that I may have been correct in my assumption that the Motion by Barco could have something to do with it. If he gets any response, he will contact me again.

I get the feeling that the silence is deliberate although I don't understand why the world can't know if the Judge expects to rule on this before he retires.

Wish I had better news. Hurry up and wait again (sigh).
