Keep the focus on the Markman, Leckrone and the BOD. Just because we don't know what is happening doesn't mean conspiracy theories need to arise. I'm sure companies are aware of us but we made it through the USPTO and I believe we successfully navigated the minefield there. If the Markman is favorable, it will be worth the wait IMO.
