TPL filed a complaint against Marcoux

So far in the other cases involving TPL, Nielsen settled, PTSC settled, it appears that Marcoux may have settled and Brown won. To my knowledge, three out of the four involved MMP revenues. In Marcoux's case, Marcoux is the defendant along with Third party PTSC. Marcoux is also the XComplainant with Apple having been named as one of the XDefendants along with Alliacense, IntellasysBEC, Chipscale and others.

I believe the patent portfolio involved in the Marcoux case is the same one that may have been commingled with the MMP patent portfolio in the "mystery license" that we know is Apple.

Perhaps now there is one more reason for Alliacense to step up the pace on MMP licensing. If, Leckrone needing $$$=more MMP licenses, then it is a win for us.
