The PTSC story would have been over a long time ago. I believe that. I would have still followed the patents. DL might have ended up with them, or some other tech. company. The technology may have not had so much adversity if a large company had procurrred the rights...instead of going out on a joint venture with the Great White that wanted to, and will eventually, consume us.

Not trying to be negative, just thinking out loud as licensing seems to correspond with monetary needs of the litigation team(s)....with everything going to litigation fees.
