There are a number of questions which hopefully you are best able to respond to.

Do you think the court needs to say anything with respect to the latest motion prior to hearing it?

Do you expect that TPL will be providing a response prior to the motion being heard?

Also, assuming that some of these ICs still do not make the necessary connection, do you know what are the possible options that the court can consider and whether any are possible before hearing the motion.

I think we are at a point where we do not know what to expect next. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
