From conversation with Cliff... He let it be known that they do have insight into what licenses are being sold for and tracking the money thru PDS so DL can not skim or shrink PTSC's deserved share... Tho it was my understanding they have little control (none imo) as to just how much licenses are actually being sold for... but it is also my opinion that there is a set money amount per infringing unit... but that amount could very between say computer infringement and vehicle/automoblie infringement.. Determine the number of infringing units/co.. multiply by money/infrg unit.. it's probably not quite that simple but that is the jist I took home..
