Your the CEO of Patriot and you just finalized a deal with Ford for a license. It was finalized on Friday at 3pm before a 3 day holiday weekend. Consider the fact that many on Wallstreet have taken Friday off also to make it a 4 day weekend. What good would have done to make the announcement on Friday afternoon with little time left in the trading day and when most are not paying attention anyhow.

I think 4pm was best so that those paying attention such as many longs can look forward to Tuesday. I believe we have been advised before that they announce them as they are finalized.

I would'nt be surprised if they put out another PR Tuesday morning.
