Message: Why is Seagate Input Important?

Seagate supplies the hard drives. That is where the programs and data are stored. Seagate does the accesses, reads and writes more efficiently than anyone else. How do they do it? Can it be done w/o a second clock? IMO NO. The Seagate info should confirm the second clock. Also if multiple instructions supplied, whether in parallel, if supplied to the instruction register, whether in one clock cycle and so forth. I suspect the only thing it would not tell us is what kind of system clock is employed to operate the cpu.

But the way the 336 claims are presently written, it probably infringes claim 13 no matter what system clock is used. Dependant claim 15 states the microporcessor system of claim 13 wherein the oscillator is a ring oscillator. If the oscillator in 13 was already a ring oscillator, then the dependant claim makes no sense and the PTO would not have approved it. Claim 13 has broader coverage of clock oscillators than just the ring oscillator clock. I think we probably have in hand a bit more than just ICs meeting rule 3.1. All IMHO
