I had another penny stock I wanted to sell off a couple weeks ago. It is a very lightly traded stock, after several qtrs. of no new news. The ask was .20 and the bid was .18, I had to drop my sell price down to the bid in order to sell the shares. The stock price dropped to .18 for a couple days and then it moved back up to .20 The MM's will move your shares if you want them moved - but at a price. I wouldn't be surprised if that is what happened to PTSC this morning. No or very few buyers right now at .10 or higher.

I hope PTSC is buying shares back again at this level.
