I see following possibilities:

1. He wants to finish this case in his remaining time without an appeal, hence it's not only about the MH but it's all about a final settlement - and that's the reason it's taking so long
= provided the settlement terms are good for PTSC/TPL this would be a positive

2. Judge Ware has so much to do with this and other cases until his retiring, he needs all the time he has to make a decision, no matter what will come after his ruling
= another half a year of waiting...

3. It's much more complicated than all parties thought and Judge Ware is not able to complete the case until end of June, hence both sides have to wait until the next Judge
= very unlikely, but we never know with PTSC/TPL...

Maybe others see further possibilities - and maybe others can explain why it's always with THIS company that everything goes completely different...lol
