I'm sure that they're very cost conscious. It will be settled, of this I'm sure.

The markman ruling will be the true indicator. Unlike the last one with unsettled recerts, this one should have teeth with the patents reaffirmed by the USTO.

As Ron says, "we shall see."

I'm feeling good this time around.
