If you have a valid patent for making peanut butter, making jam (or even sandwiches with peanut butter) will not likely infringe.

On the other hand, who here knows and understands the exact details of the claims and counter claims in this case?

I venture to guess it is no one, perhaps not even the graet one who is positioned to pass judgement on the matter.

Might be better at this point just to flip a coin and for everyone to just get on with life good, bad or indifferent.
