I read your post and looked back at last week's posts to review your deleted post. First let me say that you did not back up your statement of "I hear Judge Ware is retiring." I provided a link for my source of such information.

Secondly, I don't know who deleted your post because I have no way of knowing that information. My guess is it was deleted for derrogatory comments about Judge Ware. However, in reviewing Agora's six rules, it states:

2. DEROGATORY COMMENTS TOWARDS OTHERS - Calling another member an idiot, clown, stupid, dumb, moron or ##x%x# for brains is strictly prohibited.

If one was to just read the bolded statement, then removal of your post would seem justified. However, it goes on to say "calling another member." Judge Ware is not a member so your opinion of him, derogatory or not, doesn't appear to be a violation. I do not know the reason for the removal of your post, nor do I care. You should ask the Hub leader who did this to write to you privately to explain.

Please refrain from implying that my post was not deleted, as yours had been, because of who I know. My post was a statement that was backed up by evidence.
