Maybe Flowers and Johnson finally decided to invest some own money?

What is it, that takes so long for Judge Ware to decide?
Did he already decide but wants to give the parties time to settle?
Or is he still in the decision phase which takes so long because he knows what is at stake?

The results from the last Markman Hearing came much faster in my memory...
