Doesn't bankruptcy force one to liquidate assets (MMP) to the extent of satisfy hing the judgment. So, how would TPL maintain their % of the MPP which is definitely and asset?

Seems to me that Moore would get TPCs' portion and we would then be in partnership with Moore and would be free to hire new attorneys.
