There are now several entries regarding Leckrone vs Marcoux

In summation:

There was an ex parte application followed by an order granting ex parte application of X-complt Marcoux and set hearing on motion to compel attendance at depostion and production of documents signed by judge

Motion to compel attendance @ deposition w/production of documents and for sanctions set for May 4

Jury trial scheduled for 6/18
