So what does thios all mean or should I just ask, if TPL goes BK or has no cash to run the business, what happens to our MMP? More importantly, what happens to PTSC and the share holders?

Say it ain't so, but is this yet ANOTHER hurdle we'll have to overcome?

I feel we are cursed with TPL.... AH!!!!!!!
