Judge Ware may have a very busy schedule, but what baffles me....or rather concerns me is how any judge is completely able to comprehend the mechanics of these patents and then properly interpret varying presentations by the parties involved. I realize he consults advisors and has staff researching etc., but the complexities involved in this case have me wondering whether schedule is the main reason it is taking so long for him to get it right. Still when he feels comfortable with his conclusion, it is still only a personal interpretation. For these reasons and many others.....the slam dunk comment holds no water for me the longer this goes on.
