I am not sure how much the J3 Markman ruling will influence this recent one. But it can't hurt. But what is different this time around is that since the ruling in the J3 case the MMP challenges (14 or 18) have been ruled upon, generally in our favor. I would imagine that may influence the T3 Markman ruling in our favor. At least I certainly hope so.
