The non-suit pertains to DL claiming thay by cashing a check for less than what it was supposed to be, then Brown is accepting that amount as full payment. Brown arguing that the check must have "by cashing this check you acknowledge payment in full." I guess claiming DL's suit is a non-suit because it has no legal standing.
