Really????? DL has been sued or is in the process of being sued by eyerone but Donald Trump (I was going to say Mother..but that would not be fair to his Mother). I don't see this Zebra changing his strips any time soon. If only a small percentage of all of the allegations made are true, the harm done would be hard to calculate in total (collaterial damage comes to mind - shareholders included).

As for the BOD, I won't even open up this can of worms. Their shortfalls are many. If the BOD had any maturity, they would have sought and exit from DL a long time ago. I hope that they only settled with him because they had no other viable option (and I am not sure if that is true or not).
