Again you are comparing a very large company and a famous individual to DL..Really? You would expect that the aforementioned would be sued as they are a magnet for such based on the size of their wallets and name..probably on a regular basis..

DL, on the other hand, not so much..unless he really is a "scumbag" as you would say..or brings the trouble to his doorstep by treating others in poor manner and/or questionable dealings..
