Yet the guy had enough gusto to buy and develop patents and get to where he is today, and we get to ride along on his coattails

DL didn't buy nor develop anything regarding the MMP patents.. that was Fish & Moore.. DL was Moore's attorney.. who one day found his name attached to the patents as an assignee.. much to the surprise of Moore.. Gee wonder how that coulda happened.. ???
