A favorable Markman has the potential of being a game changer... not overnight.. but it has the potential of turning the tables in the T3 litigation.. The Market place needs to see the MMP as legit.. and that will start with a Markman win and a victory over the T3, be it in end game litigation or decisive settlement.. The T3 want to break us.. why else would they spend what they are when they could have just licensed for $X mil and been way ahead..
