While I can understand most of what you are saying, I would think that the Old arguments that the J3 Have been patched up with new claims being added to the patent at the USPTO.

IMHO, I believe that most of the corrections have been done and accepted by the USPTO, some of which you are addressing.

IMHO, the Patents are ROCK Solid, and if not at least 98% Rock Solid.
