IMO, these are the kind of things that make our situation more volatile for current and potential investors. While this issue has nothing to do with PTSC directly, it illustrates the company we currently keep. It is difficult to maintain confidence in a partner that continuously finds itself in lawsuits with former employees, partners and apparently the landlord. It speaks volumes about the character and , in general, the moral compass of a certain "company" that currently bonds PTSC, Moore and others together. Forget skeletons in the closet. IMO, one would need an entire house to store all of "their" baggage.
