I believe your question should be directed towards Moore, Brown, Nielson, Marcoux, PTSC and TPL's landlord. When I bought shares of PTSC everyone was riding high on a favorable markman in Texas and a wave of licenses. As far as I can tell, due dilligence on Leckrone, back then, would probably produced nothing to raise an eyebrow over.
