At the risk of mistakenly hitting the poor flies that are feasting heartily on this rotting corpse, I`l make a few quick comments:
1) There are no ``Insiders`` here - Longs, Ultra Longs and people with Grandfather status, yes. Direct connections to the company able to anticipate their moves?...c`mon...no.
2) The rules are enforced by Agoracom. THEY created them, we just abide, or we pay the price by way of te Agoracom Administrator - they review the activity, make a judgement and take action (or in some cases NO action). They control the board, not us. Outta our hands completely. If you have a gripe, you have as much power as anyone here to take it and run with it. They will decide if it`s legit and ``do the needful``....(or not!).
Your polilical comparison (posted from RB) aside, I instead contend that order develops when rules are known and adhered. Apply that concept from the top level example of a society all the way down to the kids in your household and I think you`ll agree it`s a good concept, that even you I believe had the benefit of learning through.
