So I have to believe if news is coming our SP would reflect the news one way or teh other although with the MMs that may not always be the case. We know they tend to manipulate the SP in trying to "free" up shares to buy/trade.

The fact that we continue to hang in at around $.14 would lead me tio believe we are all hanging in there.

How is it we can have a positive Markman in Texas and yet we now wait on one in CA? TPL/DL calling it a slam dunk scares the hell out of me since he is not our friend/advocate. I don't trust him one bit but I pray our BOD negoiated better terms where he has some skin in the game in winning.
