in that Alliacense has a PR campaign aimed at paying customers and they are currently in talks with 100s of potential MMP infringers, then with a decisively favorable markman, coupled with a public PR campaign from Patriot, we should begin to see that wave of licenses alluded to long ago.

It's all looking good until it's not. Right now based on information I believe to be from a credible source who attended the Markman, coupled with DLs "slam dunk" comment, my gut tells me it won't be long before there is good news.
