Yes, that is logical and very helpful. So it was probably option number 5 which no one had considered.

But we do have the satisfaction of knowing option number 3 was probably incorrect.

<It would be a clerical entry stating the ICs were served. Nothing more. There is no reason to keep that entry private and that has happened more times than I can count.>
