Worse Case Scenario:

TPL and PTSC decided to part ways, and PTSC will have to do its own legal enforcement which would make it awkward since the infringers would have to pay into seperate accounts.

Or PTSC does the litigation instead of TPL, and PTSC pays TPL When they get paid, kinda turning the table on them.

Best Case Scenario:

PTSC and TPL merged.

They remembered how the stock shot up to $2.75 because the market that that there was only one owner to the patents (PTSC), when the market found out that Chuck Moore and TPL were co-owners the market did not like that and the stock went on a decline.

If PTSC and TPL merged under one umbrella...GREAT!!!

That would mean the the BOD did a great job of reconciling, I hope.
