I wouldn't be surprised if the Markman decision and Summary Judgement decisions will be 'published' in close proximity of one another. I see three scenarios. One completely in our favor, one that splits the issues, and one that is completely in T3's favor. If it is the middle scenario, hopefully it wi be weighted in our favor. Who knows how the decision will fall? Hopefully it will be in our favor...
