I agree that it is a very REAL possibility!!

We have cleared many more obstacles than ever before..

I am expecting that the MMP will prevail in the Markman contest,and that

we will be offered a settlement,which is a mixed bag,because it does NOT

give us a Court Victory,which would make a stronger statement to the

infringers..Maybe DL will opt to go for a JURY trial..
