NO not PTSC patents. Just showing how a particular claims construction with Judge Ware had several go arounds. Anyway, it may have zero bearing on TPL's claims construction and I remain hopeful based on DL's positive comments and those of someone I know of who attended the Markman, that it appeared favorable for TPL.

From the person who attended the Markman....that feeling and $2 will buy you a cup of coffee.
