Something as material as Alliacense or TPL being out of the picture would warrant a PR by PTSC, don't you think?

Could the whole alliacense issue be a matter of changing web host providers and a temporary delay in getting the website up? I have to admit I'm a lost soul when it comes to anything technical....so corrections are welcome.
