I have a small stake in ACTC. I had Dendrion on my radar as their first FDA approval was denied. I wasted several opportunities to purchase Dendrion below $2, but procrastinated....and have been kicking myself, since. I think I bought ACTC shares at a price, that is as low as it will go.
I believe the MMP still has legs, too. The current litigations and anticipated Markman have me hanging on a little longer. However, recalling the J3 settlement, and my disappointment with that settlement. By agreeing to a settlement with Barco, to me, would suggest an evident weakness in the MMP. Opening up the possibility there may be an 18th Re-exam. The vicious circle begins again. I don't have the stomach for anymore B.S.
NO SETTLEMENT !
This time, Barco pays the legal fees....pays the damages...and takes a very expensive MMP license.
We need a court ruling with lots of teeth, to discourage counter claims of non-infringement. Then, you'll see $1.50 a share.
