I was at the meeting and I do recall Dan Leckrone stating the Markman was a "slam dunk." He also went on to say the that after the unprecedented 17 USPTO reviews, the MMP in legal parlance is now "bullet proof".

I would also like to add a comment to some of the speculation from yesterday re: Apple/buyout. When a shareholder (forgot who) asked why the Apple licenses was presumably so low, Dan said "sometimes you get more than money when you license an infringer". That comment on its own doesn't say too much but taken with other anecdotal evidence, the picture slowly starts to come into focus. I remain optimistic. All my opinion. kw
