However, will somebody who is knowledgable not a guesser or seer but someone like Ron or Wolf or Banosser, Lamb etc.... explain to me and others who may be interested, exactly what this new Pacer means and how it could effect the case and the Markham. I find it interesting that it has taken the Judge so long to issue a outline for the upcoming trial based on the markham.
