What I hope these new signings (Tyco, Disney) represent is a change of mindset by TPL to allow the announcement of them.
Before the settlement between PTSC and TPL, TPL had it seems, a very good reason not to release the names - they were letting off infringers of the MMP at a low price or disproportionately allocating proceeds to their other patents, and PDS was not in a position to challenge them.
The game has changed significantly since, and I believe there is no longer any incentive for TPL to allow future signees of the MMP a "silent" clause.
Especially with all re-exams over, and a (most likely) Markman win in the very near future.
Good news for us as shareholders.
