I'm excited to see Disney but we have had big names in the past. Hopefully they got some significant $$$.

While Disney has an astonishing bottomline... I'm not sure how much of it infringes on MMP... Plenty no doubt.. but TPL gets payment per infringing component, not % of bottomline... (tho Lambert's estimation method has proven to be pretty accurate)

Leckerone... Pick the low hanging fruit.. save the major big name infringers until after the Markman... then double or triple the amount infringers pay/infringing unit... [God willing] after an overwellingly favorable Markman, We (TPL/PTSC) will hold all the cards... Then don't just settle for past infringement, but implement a payment/infinging unit royalty on all future MMP implemented units... and if you really don't want to do this.. then at least double the infringement payment per unit !!

Make these infringers pay.. or file injunctions...
