I'm sure they have a very astute legal team and would not settle unless it was in their best interest. They have a reputation of tough dealings (at least from the construction stand point) from what I have heard. Excited enough about this one as well as when we signed Tyco to actually post. Hope this is a start of something big and get SP back up, way up.
