That is not my understanding. They are separate patents dealing with totally different things. The 584 dealt with the instructions themselves. The 749 deals with the physical structures involved in moving those instructions around. I do not beieve the overlap that you suggest is actually there. But the differentiation of the two patents adds to the MMP IP value, not subtract from it. IMO.
