I agree that there isn't much point now to weed through this. The 749 was one of the 'parent' patents while the 584 is a 'child' patent. Whether or not the 749 is being used in lieu of the 584 to assert 584 technology against the T3 from a different angle to overcome the Texas Markman remains to be seen.
