I appreciate that we must await a favorable Markman result to implement a plan; I surely hope a plan is in place already, and that it is not just bare bones.

From your post on Feb. 13th:

"As previously mentioned, I had drafted a long post about our current status and what might be expected in the event of a favorable Markman ruling, most of which, as it turned out, was in accord with my conversation with Mr. Flowers."

Maybe you followed up in a later post on this, but I must have missed it. Without going through all your subsequent posts individually to try and find it, could you point me to it?
